Take advantage of the garage and enjoy the magnificent sunsets on the balcony over looking the beautiful Moab Valley.
Enjoy an early morning hike on Moab's most beautiful hiking trail, Hidden Valley Trail, which is walking distance from the apartment. Located just off of South Hwy 191, where it is very accessible and easy to find. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but a short 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The Golf Course is located just 2 miles southeast of the townhouse. We welcome your furry family members!

We are "dog" people and understand how difficult it is to leave your friend at home. We allow 2 dogs under 30 pounds. (Dogs ONLY)
★ Our pet fee is $10/night/pet ★ Pet fee is added after booking reservation. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you will be bringing a dog with you.
To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we require pet parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking one of our dog friendly apartments.
*My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with people and other animals.
*My dog is free of ticks and fleas.
*My dog will be with me, under my care at all times (never left in the apartment unattended).
*My dog will be on a leash and under control when outside.
*I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste.
*I will keep my dog off of all furniture including bed, chairs, and couches and agree to bring my own dog bed. Blankets , pillows, and comforters are not to be used for dog beds (an additional cleaning fee of ($50) will be charged for hair on furniture and/or beds).
*I will assume financial responsibility for any damage, stains, or excessive pet hair caused by my dog during my stay.

We are always available to guests through phone calls and texts.
5 Minutes away from town (4 miles), hiking, biking, Jeep trails, golf course (2 miles), restaurants, and a convince store. Short driving distance to Arches National Park (9 miles), Canyonlands National Park (35 miles), and Dead Horse Point State Park (34 miles). La Sal Loop Road is approx 6 miles away and offers excellent mountain biking trails.
A car is required. We are 23 miles from Canyonlands Field Airport. There are 2 flights per day from Denver.
This townhouse is NOT equipped with an oven but it does have a convection microwave oven.
You’ll have everything that you need to serve up your meals with utensils, plates, and cookware. We provide a starter of basic toiletries for your stay. We don’t deliver or restock additional supplies. For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market located approximately 4 miles from the unit.
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED.
We have other apartments on the property should you need them: 2 bedroom apartment with 3 beds and a garage.
Arches National Park is very busy from March to November. It is best to arrive early morning.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
