Our kitchens are equipped with a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, tableware, and silverware. Please note that there are no ovens in apartments. Unit 2 and Unit 4 have toaster ovens.
Bathrooms contain walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. Disappearing Angel #1 and #2 have bathtubs with showers.
All one bedroom apartments contain a sofa-bed for additional sleeping options. See individual apartment page for specifics.
Each apartment is equipped with an outdoor or portable BBQ grill.
All apartments have a TV in the living room and master bedroom with NETFLIX (there is no cable).
All apartments have free wireless internet access with 100 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload.
Heat & Air
All apartments have a PTAC unit with both air conditioning and heat.
Beds are made ready for arrival, including linens, blankets & pillows. We provide towels, wash clothes, hand towels, shampoo and conditioner. All of our apartments are equipped with on demand hot water heaters, so you never have to worry about running out of hot water. We provide a starter pack of basic toiletries and supplies for your stay. We don’t deliver or restock additional toiletries/supplies other than the starter supply. For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market located approximately 4 miles from the unit.
Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. There is a $100 cleaning fee added to every reservation. At check out all used dishes should be loaded in the dishwasher and turned on; trash should be put in the dumpster area, any open food should be taken with you or discarded, pets must be picked up after and discarded in the dumpster. If sofa bed was used, it needs to be left out and unmade so our cleaners are aware that it was used.
We offer washers & dryers in every apartment. Because these are new high efficiency machines, we provide the required high efficiency laundry detergent at no charge.
Pets, Dogs Only
We do offer dog friendly apartments for dogs under 50 pounds. You must read and agree to our Pet Policy. There is a nice doggy daycare located right around the corner in case you need one. Due to allergies, we also offer a non-dog friendly unit. See Pet Policy below.
All of our apartments are non-smoking. Guests are requested to smoke outdoors, not inside the apartments.
All units have at least 2 parking spaces. Trailer parking is accommodated upon request.
50% deposit is due at time of reservation for multiple night stay, 100% deposit is due at time of reservation for one night stay. Rental deposits are 90% refundable up to 14 days before your reservation.
*My dog will be with me, under my care at all times (NEVER LEFT IN THE APARTMENT UNATTENDED, crates are welcome for crate trained dogs). Even the best behaved dogs have damaged our apartments when left alone. (Pet day care and boarding is available in Moab: Tracey’s Bed & Biscuit: 435-210-4466 or Moab National Bark: 435-259-7922).
*My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with people and other animals.
*My dog is free of ticks and fleas.
*My dog will be on a leash and under control when outside.
*I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste.
*I will keep my dog off of all furniture including bed, chairs, and couches and agree to bring my own dog bed.
*Blankets , pillows, and comforters are not to be used for dog beds (an additional minimum cleaning fee of ($50) will be charged for hair on furniture and/or beds).
*I will assume financial responsibility for any damage, stains, or excessive pet hair caused by my pet during my stay.
