The Golf Course is located just 2 miles southeast of the apartment.

We are "dog" people and understand how difficult it is to leave your friend at home. We allow two dogs under 50 pounds. DOGS ONLY
★ Our pet fee is $10/night/pet ★ Pet fee is added after booking reservation. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you will be bringing a dog with you.
To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we require pet parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking one of our pet friendly apartments.
DOG POLICY:
*My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with people and other animals.
*My dog is free of ticks and fleas.
*My dog will be with me, under my care at all times (never left in the apartment unattended).
*My dog will be on a leash and under control when outside.
*I will clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste.
*I will keep my dog off of all furniture including bed, chairs, and couches and agree to bring my own dog bed. Blankets , pillows, and comforters are not to be used for dog beds (an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for hair on furniture and/or beds).
*I will assume financial responsibility for any damage, stains, or excessive pet hair caused by my dog during my stay.

★★★ We want to make sure you are aware of a construction project that is going on at the property. Work will begin around 7-8 am-ish. Don’t worry, the workers will be mindful and courteous of our guests.
There are 2 spaces for vehicle parking in front of the unit, one space is a handicap space that is specifically for the apartment.
We are always available to guests through phone calls and texts.
5 Minutes away from town (4 miles), hiking, biking, Jeep trails, golf course (2 miles), restaurants, and a convince store. Short driving distance to Arches National Park (9 miles), Canyonlands National Park (35 miles), and Dead Horse Point State Park (34 miles). La Sal Loop Road is approx 6 miles away and offers excellent mountain biking trails.
You will need a vehicle to get around. We are 23 miles from Canyonlands Field Airport. There are 2 flights per day from Denver.
This apartment is NOT equipped with an oven.
You’ll have everything that you need to serve up your meals with utensils, plates, and cookware. We provide a starter of basic toiletries for your stay. We don’t deliver or restock additional supplies. For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market located approximately 4 miles from the unit.
NO SMOKING NO BIKES ALLOWED INSIDE.
We have other 1 and 2 bedroom rentals on the property.
Arches National Park is very busy from March to November. Reservations are needed from April 3 to October 3.
